If, during the course of this consultation process, you decide to provide them with your personal contact information, please note that only they will hold and process your personal data. Your data is not shared with Baker Estates.

The information we receive from the consultant is anonymised and aggregated for planning application purposes.

The consultant may collect the following data from you if you choose to share it; your name, address, email and the contents of the feedback you have given.

They record this information about you for the purposes of asking for your views on the proposed development. Your personal data will not be used for any other purposes without your consent.

At the end of the project, the consultant will remove your contact details from their information systems.
